Criteria:
Criteria:
- Candidates must be a Junior or Senior at the time of application.
- Candidates must have a minimum overall weighted average of 90% in all Science Classes.
- Candidates must have a history of participation in at least two S.D.H.S. activities.
- Participation in Science Olympiad (either as a Junior or a Senior)
Requirements Once Inducted:
- Maintain minimum average for induction.
- 1 hour of service each month. This can include, but is not limited to, peer tutoring or assisting in any science lab.
- Participation in organizing and running the Blood Drives.
- MUST attend ALL monthly meetings.
If these requirements are not met, students will be put on probation during which they will have one month to rectify their deficiencies. In the case that these requirements are not met during the probation period, students will be dismissed from the honor society
