Welcome to Saint Dominic High School, my name is Giavanna (Gia) Donarumia and I am one of the high school social studies teachers and the social studies department chair. For the 2024-2025 academic school year I am teaching Global History & Geography 9 & 10 R, United States History 11 R, and AP United States History 11. I graduated from Dowling College in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Secondary Education. In late 2017 I graduated from Long Island University with a Master's Degree in Public History and Archives Records Management.
