Dear Senior Parents,

During our winter months, the school has established a policy which will attempt to insure the safety of all during bad weather or early school closing. The policy is well thought out and will be executed according to its terms; therefore, it is the responsibility of each senior to read it, know it, sign it, and follow it to the letter.

SCHOOL POLICY FOR EARLY DISMISSAL

Students who park on campus must have their parents sign this letter indicating their permission for early dismissal if the school determines that weather conditions are severe enough to warrant such a decision. Names of siblings to be dismissed early must also be indicated as well as any other students driving in the same vehicle. In the case of non-family members it is your responsibility to secure the proper signatures below. Students will not be dismissed without their parent’s prior approval indicated on this form. Phone calls and/or emails will not be accepted.
