Admission Information

Freshman Admission:
 
Admission to the 9th grade at St. Dominic is based on one or more of the following factors:
  • Catholic High School Entrance Examination Results
  • Grammar School Records
 
Catholic High School Entrance Examination:
 
Freshmen entering St. Dominic High School are encouraged to take the Catholic High School Entrance Examination which is administered in the fall on November 4, 2023.

Students desiring admission to St. Dominic should enter the St. Dominic code number which is 697, on the examination answer sheet.
 
Entering Freshmen Who Missed the TACHS Exam or Students Who Are Transferring From Another School:

Transfer Admission:
 
There is no entrance examination for students entering St. Dominic from another 9th-grade program or after.  However, each transfer applicant is required to submit the following for admission consideration:
 
*  A current copy of their transcript and report card.  
*  Any attendance and disciplinary information not included on the transcript
*  Report cards from grades 6, 7, and 8.
*  If applicable, the IEP/504 or declassification document in place at the time of application.
