This course is intended to give students the opportunity to enhance the skills they will need to be successful on the SAT and/or ACT exams. In one semester students will work on verbal and vocabulary skills, and in the other, mathematical concepts and skills will be covered. NOTE: Students taking Band, Chorus or Orchestra, those receiving Resource Room services and Juniors in the Science Research class may not have enough available periods in their schedules to take this course.

The Method Test Prep assignment is under the SAT and is the No Calculator Section of the Full-length SAT #1. You may take the test as many times as you wish until you get the grade you desire. This will be counted as a quiz grade!

Test #3 - ACT - Parts I & II (#1-60) Test Corrections due Monday, May 7th
Directions: For each question you did incorrect, you must:
1. Show ALL work.
2. Box in your answer.
3. Write a sentence or two explaining why you got the question incorrect. An answer as “I don’t know” or “I skipped it” will not be accepted. I want to know why you didn’t know how to solve the problem or why you skipped it.
4. You must also submit Test #3 along with the Test Corrections.
These test corrections are MANDATORY and will be graded as a quiz grade for the 4th Quarter.
