Nicole Milkowski earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fordham University (1994), a Master of Science in School Counseling from St. John's University (1998) and a Professional Certificate in Educational Leadership from Stony Brook University (2017).  She is a Permanently Certified School Counselor and Certified School Building Administrator. Mrs. Milkowski began her career as a Guidance Counselor at Cathedral High School in Manhattan, and then continued her counseling career at Bay Shore High School until leaving in 2002 to stay home and raise her two daughters. Mrs. Milkowski joined the faculty of St. Dominic High School in 2010 as a Guidance Counselor. She returned to Stony Brook University in 2015 for her certification in Educational Leadership.  She assumed the roles of Director of Guidance and Assistant Principal before taking on the role of Principal in 2022.

Mrs. Milkowski loves to travel, play tennis and golf.  She loves spending time with her family, and enjoys going to Bayhawks events!
