It is our pleasure to welcome you to the St. Dominic Family.  Your acceptance to our school is an accomplishment you should be proud of.  It demonstrates your desire to be in a faith-based educational environment that prepares you for the next stage of your life.  You are getting ready to embark on a journey that will give you numerous opportunities to grow and reach your goals.

 

Please access the following links to complete the 3-Step enrollment process:

 

Step 1:  New Transfer Student Registration Form

Complete this form, making sure to select St. Dominic High School, then click the PRESS button. Within 60-minutes of clicking PRESS you will receive an email with your access code and password with instructions to continue the registration process.

 

Your $600 deposit will be collected once you submit this form.

 

Step 2:  Transfer Supplemental Form

You will complete this form to make course selections for the next academic year.

Step 3:  FACTS Tuition System Account

1.  Access your FACTS account.
2. Select "Schools of St. Dominic".  Make certain that you choose the "2023-2024" academic year for immediate transfers and "2024-2025" academic year for transfers starting in September 2024. .
3. Press submit.
