I will hold 3 athlete group training sessions going forward. This will be offered to seniors first then juniors and sophmore etc. First come first serve in grade order with accepting these appointments.

The cost is $20 per athlete per hour. I will try and hold as many of these group sessions every month to take of all the athletes.
