With a lifelong connection to faith, community, and education, Norah Harty-Windhausen (Class of 1994) is delighted to return to St. Dominic’s as the Director of Alumni Relations. In this role, she looks forward to strengthening alumni engagement and nurturing meaningful, lasting connections throughout the St. Dominic’s community.

As a proud graduate, Norah has a deep appreciation for the positive impact of a St. Dominic’s education and is passionate about helping alumni stay connected to the school and to one another. Her ties to the school community remain strong through her family as well; her son recently graduated and is a 3rd generation alumnus, and her two younger children are now following in his footsteps.

Norah earned her B.S. in Finance from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, and began her career in corporate finance with positions at EY and Arrow Electronics. During that time, she developed strong skills in communication, strategic planning, and relationship building. After choosing to step away from the corporate world to focus on raising her children, Norah remained actively involved in her community, serving in leadership roles such as Board of Education Trustee, PTA President, Vice President, and Treasurer, while also coaching youth volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse.

Through these experiences, Norah has become known for her ability to bring people together, build meaningful relationships, and lead with empathy and purpose. Norah would love to hear from fellow alumni and invites you to reach out, reconnect, and stay involved in the St. Dominic’s community.
