Social Studies Department

Thank you for visiting the St. Dominic Social Studies Department.

Every student must take four years of history as per New York State Standards.

The department also offers a variety of advanced placement courses if they qualify for the course. 

Advanced Placement courses

• AP Human Geography 9th Grade 
• AP World History 10th Grade
• AP United States History 11th Grade
• AP United States Government and Politics 12th Grade

• Placement test dates can be found on the school calendar for AP Human Geography.
