Social Studies Department

Thank you for visiting the St. Dominic Social Studies Department.

Every student must take four years of history as per New York State Standards.

The department also offers a variety of advanced placement courses if they qualify for the course. 

Advanced Placement courses

• AP World History
• AP United States History
• AP United States Government and Politics
• Honors World History is offered as a freshman course. 
• Placement test dates can be found on the school calendar.
